本实用新型公开了一种双盘研磨机的研磨盘传动机构,它包括有安装在上下床身上的上下研磨盘及其带轮,在上床身上安装有一台电机A,在电机A上安装有变频器,电机A通过上盘带轮带动上研磨盘做顺时针转动,在下床身内安装有一台电机B,在电机B上也单独设有变频器,电机B通过下带轮带动下床身内的水平轴转动,水平轴通过蜗轮副带动下研磨盘做逆时针转动。本实用新型由于用两台安装有变频器的电机通过传动机构分别带动下,下研磨盘做相对旋转对工件进行研磨加工,其转速调整范围广,工作稳定可靠,能满足各种材料和各种形状工件对研磨工艺转速的要求。
