Abstract

一种导料槽的随动挡料装置,安装于导料槽上,包括,铰轴座,固定于导料槽固定本体;固定支座,固定于铰轴座上端部;滑动铰轴,固定于固定支座上,其端部垂直伸出固定支座侧端面;第一联动杆臂,其上开设有滑槽,固定支座端部的滑动铰轴滑设于该滑槽中,其另一端通过一固定轴连接于导料槽移动本体;第二联动杆臂,其一端连接于第一联动杆臂;挡料板,连接于第二联动杆臂的另一端;所述的导料槽移动本体的前端开有卸料口,所述的挡料板设置于该卸料口前,以开启或关闭该卸料口。本实用新型在不增设独立的挡料板驱动装置的情况下,利用升降导料槽本体自身的升降功能,实现在堆料模式下的不洒料,在取料模式下顺利过料。

The utility model, using the self lifting function of the lifting material guide groove main body, achieves no sprinkling material at stacking model, and successfully passing material at reclaiming model, at the condition of without increase a separate driving device of the stop plate.
