Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种改进的喷胶器结构,该喷胶器下端设有一管道,管道一侧设有一可供胶筒其出口端衔接的进料口,且管道底端设有为供胶液输出的喷嘴,此管道紧接喷嘴处形成渐缩锥状的导引部,又管道内活动设置有一撞针,该撞针朝管道其导引部的那端对应形成锥头,且该撞针上端衔接一动力源的出力轴,该动力源主要是一电磁铁,电磁铁上端固设一弹性线圈后,再于弹性线圈内套设可上下动作的出力轴;据此,通过设置电磁铁为动力源,使其结构更简单、出力轴动作速度更快、且作业更为精确。
The utility model relates to a ameliorated gradient gun structure, on the lower part of which fixed a channel. A material inlet connecting with the outlet is fixed on one side of the channel and a spray nozzle for rubber fluid output is mounted on the bottom of the channel. A prick type guiding part is positioned close to the spray nozzle, and a moving firing pin is fixed inside the channel which provides a prick head towards the end of the guiding part. The firing pin is connected with an output axis which linking the power source which is mainly a magnet with a flexible loop on one end, and the output axis which can move up and down is positioned inside the flexible loop. Accordingly, through setting the magnet as the power source, the device is of simpler structure, faster output axis movement and more precise operation.
